How You’ll Make an Impact:
Executes business strategy and objectives to meet/exceed yearly goals in sales quota, growth, direct contribution, and gross margin by leveraging existing resourcesProvides developmental guidance to direct reports. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast against plan.Routinely analyzes sales statistics, using them to direct sales representatives to the highest priority activities.Works closely with tactical marketing teams and/or task forces to provide important product and market feedback for tactics, tools, and training.Sets sales representatives’ quotas.Manages territory sales expenses.Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.Represents company at trade association meetings to promote productsRoutinely accompanies representatives on sales calls and assists representatives in closing sales.Provides accurate reporting through Salesforce.com, or other selected tools, on territory’s performance results and activities versus objectives. Ensures that all sales reps maintain up to date account profiles for each customerWhat You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMasters in Bio Tech Field / MBA in Sales and Marketing8+ years of sales experience, preferably selling research products in the medical technology industries, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills to analyze territory data and technical informationCompetency with Microsoft Office programsExperience mentoring and developing peopleWho We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
