How You’ll Make an Impact:

Establish sales action plan for responsible key industry accounts (such as major BioPharma)  based on Bio-Rad Japan Strategy, and lead to achieve sales targetby selling products of Life Science Group as a group managerInvestigate responsible team accounts to figure out account organization, and  to identify target customers & sales opportunitiesLead to gain sales leads and effectively manage sales funnels to consistently drive revenue growth as a teamLeverage on various available information & resource to understand customer’s needs and focus on customer success with Bio-Rad valueLead to effectively collaborate with Dairiten to drive sales & service for customers, and increase Bio-Rad loyaltyLead to establish and grow relationship with Bio-Rad users and key customers as a teamRegularly report daily sales actions and the latest field information, closely work together with other stakeholders to drive LSG Sales activitiesDaily update sales opportunities situation to SFDC, regularly report responsible team’s sales forecastContinuously gather information on customers, competitors and market, and enhance product knowledge and sales skillsEffectively manage team member’s actions, lead to grow their talentAct ethically, with integrityAct with Bio-Rad Mission, Vision, Value

 

What You Bring: 

Experiences in Life Science fields >+10 yrs as an account managerHighly result oriented and aggressive to achieve goals and targetsExcellent interpersonal communication & negotiation skillsStrong teamwork mindStrong leadership capabilityBasic business skills (data analysis, documentation & presentation skills, basic finance knowledge etc)Native level Japanese LanguageDriver license in Japan(preferable) Bioscience background (Bachelor of science degree level)(preferable) Experience as a manager in sales(preferable) Experience in BioPharma account sales
