What Merchandising contributes to Cardinal Health
Responsible for providing technical and professional expertise related to retail independent store merchandising, including implementing merchandising plans, self-labeling shelves, merchandise updating, new customer set up, implementation of store layout design, store reorganization, merchandise pricing, and maintaining display.
Accountabilities:
Builds and sustains relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensures customer satisfaction and loyaltyEffectively collaborates with the customer, and internal constituents to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes and achieve consensusResponsible for ensuring optimal service levelsSolve problems at the store level to maintain the standards established in the sales agreementExecute and oversee special promotional campaigns created to boost sales volumeMonitor sales volume, inspect inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materialsQualifications:
High School Degree is RequiredMinimum of 2 years of related experience (Preferred)Ability to travel Southwest territory of the island. Position will cover territory from Isabella to LajasResidence within or in close proximity to the assigned territory is required for for this rolePuerto Rico Active driver's license is requiredAbility to travel & good driving recordExperience in Healthcare Industry is highly preferredBilingual (English and Spanish) is preferredMust lift up to 75 pounds when necessaryWhat is expected of you and others at this level
