Customer focused position. Combination of both instore & on road sales role Holder of HR Truck Licence advantageous, but not mandatory Esperance, WA location.

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Merchandise Sales position to join the team in Esperance.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will focus on developing strong customer relationships both inside and outside our office. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers, and trade clientele.
Tasks will be varied, and your attitude will be paramount, with flexibility a must! Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering orders to our valued customers, so holding an HR Truck Licence would be advantageous, but not mandatory. You will be required to obtain this Licence once you commence employment with us.
About the Role:
Provide knowledge and support to both existing and new customers. Processing sales order, stock control, preparing orders for delivery Provide customer service and be the primary contact for key clients regarding product pricing, logistic organisation and product availability. Provide a proactive solution-based approach to resolving customer issues. Create ongoing relationships with new and existing clients Be the primary person responsible for farm delivery via HR truck and light vehicle
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have an interest in the agriculture industry. In addition, you will demonstrate:
Previous success in a similar sales or business development role. The ability to develop solid and long-term customer relationships. Effective verbal communications skills. A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills. Excellent attention to detail. Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
