Sales & Marketing Executive


Job Description:

Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability. Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Partners cross-functionally (e.g., with sales). Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Includes Marketing Operations. Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Define and capture data for consumer and B2B value prop positioning competitive strategy, and promotion to maximize market share and profitability.Execute annual global brand plan to include new product launch, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, advertising, and promotion strategy.Execute strategies and participates in market research and VOC events to maximize product effectiveness in the market.Drive strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing to onboard, retain, build loyalty to increase the lifetime value of customers and improve their customer journey (includes building a customer segmentation framework, utilizing and feeding data into CRM, and launching a rewards program).Have a strong pulse on relevant trends, consumer insights, and technologies that impact our industry and the way customers base buying decisions.Lead events and rollout of the global marketing strategy in region.Implement tools and solutions to grow referrals for Ormco products

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Strategic— must be able to make decisions quickly that drive Company goals and objectives.Communication— must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms. Creative writing experience a plus. Self-reliant — must be able to create, write and execute his/her marketing plans (doesn’t rely on an agency or others to execute their work). Analytical– must be able to evaluate marketing program return-on-investment and make recommendations to improve program structure for Company and customers.Creative – must be able to generate out-of box solutions and have experience writing/editing copy and directing graphic design.Leader — must be willing to take risks, self-confidence and the ability to work with all departments in the organization and higher levels of management. Influence — must be able to influence direct reports, peers, leadership staff, internal and external customers.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality. 

  
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or related field equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of marketing related experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.Highly Regarded: Previous Orthodontic industry experience in the aligner segment

Travel & Location

Approximately 30% travel in Upcountry
