· Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for collaterals, requisitions, and invoicing.
· Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing content in collaboration with the Content Creation team.
· Provide administrative support for Sales initiatives, including proposals, contracts, presentations, and follow-ups.
· Assist with marketing and sales-related projects across the resort.
· Ensure all external and internal communications align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice.
· Maintain and update marketing calendars, sales trackers, and internal platforms such as OASYS.
· Manage the timely submission of RFQs, invoices, and payments to vendors and partners.
· Support the organization of events, photoshoots, activations, and client site inspections.
· Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials and branded collateral across departments.
· Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions with creative, actionable input.
· Maintain well-organized folders, sales documents, templates, and digital asset libraries using file management best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Experience in sales/marketing within a luxury or 5-star hotel
Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/software systems
