Sales Manager - Thermal Spray
You will lead and manage a team of inside and outside sales professionals focused on coaching, mentoring, and overall performance to support their success in role.You will work closely with business leadership to create objectives and metrics for your team, establishing touch points as needed to achieve these goals.Further, you will coordinate with Operations and Engineering business leaders to ensure plans are in alignment to meet business targets monthly.Additionally, you will have a track record of presenting to executive leadership teams to provide market updates and suggest recommendations to support a growth strategy.You will have the responsibility of managing strategic key accounts within this management role.Also, you will be comfortable compiling and providing forecast updates, sales plans, price actions and growth reviews.You will display a strong sense of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage the team and territory while communicating results for key sales metrics such as revenue growth, customer activity, and opportunity pipeline management and pricing.
