Versus HQ this role is recognized as the divisional point of contact within the country/HUB. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Act as a divisional point of contact vs HQ providing constant feedback and needs for different markets within the Hub - Exploit divisional potential together with Wholesale Directors and Sales Managers/Executives - Execute channel and product mix alignment analysis, providing proper output and propose actions - DCR Cascade to channels and markets - Work closely with Brand Director and Brand Coordinator to finalize the correct product mix, assortment and ASP, and define competitors analysis. - Be able to communicate your divisional assortment strategies in a clear & concise manner through an engaging presentation technique during market launch sessions. - Alignment with all channels and Sales teams before every selling season on ideal assortments that contributes to an elevated in-store brand experience for the consumer whilst maximizing revenues and profit; - Works closely alongside the channels’ team ensuring the order intake is made following the brand guidelines (product mix, tiering etc.) - Following Sales Campaigns, maintain active communication with all channels / Hub sales team to provide constant support and guidelines - Embrace the Consumer Assortments strategy from Division & add country relevance to ensure a premium, differentiated & elevated marketplace experience. - Ensure fully aligned, go-to-market (GTM) process for your assigned product category, from range plan thru to sell-in- and sell-out analysis, and ensure knowledge and best practices are constantly shared for your product category; - Actively share consumer, competition & marketplace analytics that help the Sales Director to identify new product opportunities and to create the future for the region; - The Brand Manager travels in the Region ensuring an efficient collaboration with all sales teams **About PVH:** We are brand builders who focus our passion and creativity to build Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER into the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world and at the same time position PVH as one of the best-performing brand groups in our sector.
