Job Description

This is a temporary contract role, from the 20th of August to mid-December 2025. We are looking for someone currently working on a contract or contingent basis, or someone who is willing to do so. 

This role will involve assisting our Sales team on the Innovation-Driven Water Sustainability Conference & Awards (IDWSC) 2025, taking place in December. 

Responsibilities: 

Actively reach out to targeted companies and prospects based on provided lead lists / build listsConduct follow-up calls/emails and schedule meetings with potential sponsors and exhibitorsSupport in proposal sharing, documentation, and updating the sales tracker

Measures of Success:

Minimum of 30 outreach activities per day (calls/emails/ meetings combined)30+ qualified proposals per weekMinimum of 5 closed deal per week (after onboarding/training phase)Timely and accurate updates to the sales tracker 

QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, conferences, or related industriesFamiliarity with the Saudi market and government/semi-government entities is a strong advantageStrong communication and negotiation skillsCRM usage and lead tracking proficiencyAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluent in both Arabic and English
