We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager for Powersports to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead customer engagement efforts and manage the complete sales process for our Powersports products and services. From identifying new opportunities to negotiating deals and ensuring a seamless handover to project teams, you will be instrumental in our continued growth and success.
Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through direct presence (international travel necessary)
Manage comprehensive end-to-end sales processes
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and tailored proposals
Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting activities
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals
Ensure smooth project handovers and maintain ongoing customer support (Key Account)
Develop technical solutions in compliance with Powersports regulatory frameworks
Expand networks within the Powersports industry and maintain key relationships
Represent the company at major events and trade shows
Your experiences and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years' technical sales experienceFluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficialStrong sales, negotiation & contract management skillsTechnical understanding & solution-oriented thinkingEffective customer relationship managementComprehensive technical knowledge of Powersports engines, systems, & integration processesFamiliarity with Powersports certifications, regulations & compliance requirementsStrong professional network within Powersports companies & OEMs and high potential sales relationships We offer

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
