As a Laura Ashley Sales Manager you will:
Support the store management team, including stepping up to run the store when needed Build and manage a successful team to deliver exceptional service in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient, and safe – where performance targets are consistently met Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be their best is at the core of everything you do Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team Ensure communication is always clear, up to date, and accurate to meet the needs of the businessWe’ll offer amazing benefits (see list further below)
