As a Laura Ashley  Sales Manager you will:

Support the store management team, including stepping up to run the store when needed Build and manage a successful team to deliver exceptional service in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient, and safe – where performance targets are consistently met Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be their best is at the core of everything you do Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team Ensure communication is always clear, up to date, and accurate to meet the needs of the business

An effective multi-tasker, you can plan, organise, and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met.
