Role Overview

Our client is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand and strengthen market presence in the Injection Moulding segment.

This role is ideal for a driven professional with solid industry experience, strong customer relationships, and a proven track record of delivering ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Injection Moulding Machines (All Electric, 50T–500T) across the assigned region. Achieve annual sales targets of about 15–20 machines and about INR 15–20 Cr revenue. Develop and manage strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into orders. Maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements and market trends. Conduct product presentations and negotiations effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Travel extensively (about 15 days per month) to reach target customers and develop new accounts.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory experience in selling Injection Moulding Machines (All Electric, 50T–500T). Well-connected within the injection moulding industry with strong networking capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s). Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven with a go-getter attitude. Flexible and willing to travel extensively as required by the role.
