Job Description
As our European Sales Manager, you will be at the helm of driving revenue growth across Europe by building strong partnerships and leading high-impact strategies. You will collaborate with a dynamic sales team and report directly to the General Manager, International. Your days will be spent cultivating client relationships, analyzing sales trends, and guiding a team to deliver outstanding results. You will work in a hybrid model of work with frequent business trips.
Your Responsibilities:Lead and manage the European sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship to ensure team success.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue goals across European territories.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance business opportunities.Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.The Essentials - You Will Have:A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.Demonstrated expertise in leading teams and implementing successful sales strategies.The ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.A valid driver's license for participation in the Company Fleet program.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience in a manufacturing industry.Proficiency in analysis tools for optimizing sales processes.Multilingual skills to effectively communicate across diverse European markets.A track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering client retention over a sustained period.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
