**Responsibility**
**Time Commitment**
Securing & generating tendering leads
Analyzing the requirements within the tenders, Process initiation, Purchase of tender documents, tender submissions and co-ordination with cross functional teams (QA/QC, Finance, Production, Marketing and Sales Team)
Develop collaborations with different stake holders, Being present for tender openings – Both technical and commercial bid, Provide regular follow-up
Payment collection, out-standing clearance for all past tender dues, minimizing risk and maximizing the impact of the tender
Monitors account budgets and pricing, improves cost effectiveness and performs analysis on account opportunities to develop customer and product forecasts To liaison with local authorities

**Educational / Experiential Background**
At a minimum, following are the requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences / biotechnology / microbiology; additional qualifications in marketing would be an added advantage
+ 4-7 years of successful medical sales or related experience
**Additional Requirements**
+ Good written and verbal skills
+ Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
+ Good in MS Office
+ Technical expertise in diagnostics and marketing required, including significant experience in sales & tender business management
