What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the Sales Manager driving sales like a pro—proactively promoting a wide range of fuel dispensers, ATG systems, cloud solutions, EV chargers, payment options, and forecourt tech. You’ll lead the charge in growing and energizing our partner channel, crafting local sales plans that boost partner sales and build a strong competitive edge.
You’ll be out building new partnerships, representing the company at industry events, and fueling marketing activities. Plus, you’ll keep internal teams aligned on partner sales projects and targets.
In short, you’ll be the sales powerhouse making things happen every step of the way!
Sales Development and Client Management
Drive sales of company products and services in the assigned territory.Identify client needs and build strong relationships.Manage sales pipelines for key accounts and channel partners.Conduct field sales and customer negotiations.Prepare solutions, quotes, and tenders.
Partner and Channel Management
Develop partner policies and enhance market offerings.Support go-to-market strategy implementation.Collaborate on partner sales projects and targets.Represent the company at industry events.
Marketing and Market Research
Plan and execute marketing initiatives.Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.Manage trade and sales promotion programmes.
Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement
Work with sales, business development, engineering, marketing, and technical teams.Support contract renewals and order processing.Lead projects to improve commercial processes.
Project and Programme Leadership
Lead projects to boost sales and competitive position using agents and digital tools.Apply project and programme management techniques.About You:
Based in France with native French and fluent English, you have strong cultural insight into the French market and will be comfortable with remote work and 50% travel within France.
You can demonstrate proven success and adaptability in new areas.
Sales & Experience
Proven B2B sales success in technical or capital equipment,Strong Experience in channel, partner, and key account management.Strong negotiation methods
Skills & Competencies
Bilingual in French and English.Proficient understanding of sales operations, digital channels, e-commerce and project/program managementAbility to maintain long sales cycles and build customer relationships.Proactive and motivated to grow in a competitive market.Ability to learn technical products related to forecourt tech, fuel dispensers, ATG systems, and EV charging.
Education & Additional Qualifications
