In the position of Sales Manager, you will be dedicated to inspiring and managing the boutique team to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. At the same time, you will support the Boutique Manager ensuring high image standards in the boutique, while being committed to the employee’s personal and professional development and growth.
Very present on the floor, you follow the team in the different universes of the boutique to accompany them on a daily basis in their role as true ambassadors of the Brand's Style and Image and thus contributes to making CHANEL the ultimate reference in luxury.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
Assist the Boutique Manager in managing and inspiring the Boutique team by being a role model and actively participating in their professional development.Support the Boutique Manager in developing and executing a client-centric culture among the boutique team that emphasizes on client engagement and on building long-lasting relationships with them.Properly manage merchandise and inventory.Rotate with Boutique Manager (including weekends, bank holidays) to ensure adequate supervision of boutique team on the floor.Support Operation Manager for organizing the schedule for Sales team to maximize staff strength in accordance with traffic demands and trading pattern.Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, transfers, stock adjustments and all policies are followed.Ensure daily sales and appropriate paperwork are accurately completed.Provide to the Boutique Manager qualitative information on customer trends/demands, competitor activity, and merchandise movement to Fashion Management on a regular basis.Attend to all day-to-day Operations issues promptly and astutely, seeking direction and guidance from the Boutique Manager as needed.Co-work with the other Sales Manager and Operation Manager in the Boutique.You are energized by:
