Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Primary responsibility is to gain market share within EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) Business in the Europe market and to execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying key target accounts, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for EMS Clients within Europe with the purpose to convert, promote and consolidate EMS Business at Bosch;Build stakeholders management to achieve assigned goals and metrics outlined by the business unit;Proactively identify and target key accounts within the EMS sector;Create a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue.Responsibilities includes, drafting contracts, scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other duties that contribute to a collaborative approach to growing the EMS market and sales volume.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

College/University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field;6+ years of relevant experience managing partners, and customersValue stream experience in electronics manufacturing preferred;Experience in sales & project management, thereof at least 2~3 years experience in automotive EMS industry;Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Availably for business travels
