We are searching for aDealer Sales Development Manager for Region Europe, focused on our Counter Balanced Equipment business. Main tasks and responsibilities + Lead Dealer Relationships – Strengthen and support dealers with both technical and commercial guidance + Drive Sales Strategy – Create and execute smart, data-driven sales plans in line with Kalmar’s global goals + Support Sales Growth – Help dealers exceed targets, optimize pricing, and grow sustainably + Empower Through Training – Coach and train dealer sales teams, both in-person and online + Analyze & Adapt – Monitor market trends, sales funnels, and performance metrics for continuous improvement + Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with internal teams to align dealer development with company-wide strategy. What you’ll need to succeed + University degree (Technical, Financial or Sales background) + Experience in dealer/distributor sales management + Background in mobile or counter balanced equipment (huge plus!) + Proven success implementing sales strategies and meeting targets + Financial acumen (margins, ROI, pricing models, inventory control) + CRM skills – ideally Salesforce – and a knack for pipeline management + Willingness to travel across Europe to support and inspire dealers.
