Our portfolio includes implantable pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac resynchronization therapy devices, and remote monitoring solutions. We work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver life-saving therapies and improve patient care through innovation, precision, and reliability. As **Sales Manager CRM North of Belgium** , you will lead and develop the direct CRM sales force across the region. Your mission is to drive sales performance, ensure professional development of your team, and maximize revenue and market penetration in alignment with Abbott’s strategic goals. **Roles & Responsibilities** + Develop and implement regional sales tactics to achieve CRM sales targets and expand market share. + Mentor and support sales representatives through regular field visits and training, ensuring high standards of product and technical knowledge. + Oversee key CRM accounts, support conversion of competitive accounts, and ensure excellent customer service in collaboration with internal teams. + Monitor and manage sales expenses to optimize profitability. + Facilitate successful new product introductions and clinical evaluations within the region. + Identify and communicate market opportunities, competitive insights, and product enhancement ideas. + Ensure effective communication of product updates and policies to the sales team and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. + Work closely with Customer Service and Sales Admin teams to manage invoicing, supply chain, tenders, and planning processes. + Ensure adherence to Healthcare Compliance (H.C.P.) guidelines and Abbott’s ethical standards. **Education & Competencies** + Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent experience in the medical field + Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry + Proven experience in team management and leadership + Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills + Self-starter with a customer- and results-oriented mindset + Comfortable working in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment + Language Requirements: Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential **What We Offer** At Abbott, you can shape your career while helping others live fuller lives.
