You'll make a difference by:
+ Driving smart building solution sales – Lead the growth of Building Management Systems (BMS) and field devices such as sensors and controllers in the Thai market.
+ Building and managing channel partnerships – Develop strong relationships with system integrators and resellers through business planning, support, and performance reviews.
+ Pursuing direct business opportunities – Engage with building owners, facility managers, and developers to offer tailored, energy-efficient solutions.
+ Staying ahead of market trends – Analyze local market needs and competitor activity to guide strategy and uncover growth areas.
+ Promoting Siemens’ value proposition – Demonstrate the financial and technical benefits of our solutions through ROI and long-term cost comparisons.
+ Collaborating on proposals and project success – Partner with internal teams to deliver competitive proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
Your defining qualities:
+ Educational background in engineering – Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven B2B sales experience – At least 5 years in solution sales, preferably in building automation or related technologies.
+ Expertise in channel sales – Strong experience managing distributors, partners, or system integrators in a sales-driven environment.
+ Experience in direct client engagement – Skilled in developing business with end users and consultants.
+ Strong technical foundation – Knowledge of BMS architectures, HVAC control systems, and integration into smart building ecosystems.
+ Excellent communication skills – Confident in both Thai and English, with the ability to present technical ideas clearly.
