WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

In the job family of Field Sales/Store Development, our focus is on driving sales and creating an impactful presence in stores. We work closely with retailers to ensure our products are well represented, and we develop strategies to increase visibility and sales.You will support and assist in executing strategies within your team and organization.You will participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.You will focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.Your growth expectations will be aligned with the team's performance in a stable external business environment.This role will work closely with other team members to ensure strong collaborative relationships are nurtured and important information is shared.You will need to be aware of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements and act accordingly.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor´s Degree, preferably with business or marketing focus.Up to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.Strong leadership, innovation, and passion for winning.Able to work in a team setting and collaborate effectively.Open to learning opportunities and able to assist in changing management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
