Responsibilities Make an impact We are looking to strengthening our presence in Denmark and therefore we are looking for a new sales manager. In this position you will be responsible for business opportunities and sales of our complete Swisslog portfolio towards new customers. You will work towards building a strong network and develop Swisslog’s market shares in Denmark and be a key person in our local growth within Intralogistics in the region. You will be a part of a Nordic Sales team and report to the Head of Sales Nordic. You will build and maintain relationships with new and/or existing customers to acquire new business opportunities and increase profitability. You execute sales engagement by leading and collaborating with internal stakeholders in alignment with Swisslog’s opportunity management process. You understand and develop customer needs and formulate plans for how to create exceptional customer value from our solution portfolio. You will be responsible for understanding and evaluating contractual conditions for an opportunity and participate in negotiations. You will prepare and participate in risk reviews to ensure compliance with financial KPI’s, achievements of quality standards and risk management. You will represent Swisslog in meetings, industry events and exhibitions. A part of your responsibility will be to guide Swisslog in gaining a stronger industry presence by keeping track on the local market, competitors, trends and technology. Application Requirements What you need to succeed An education within engineering or other relevant technical area and industry experience. Experience from working with sales of complex solutions. Proven experience working within intralogistics with a deep understanding of material handling processes and products. Fluent in Danish and English and with a strong understanding of Danish Business Culture. An experienced user of MS office applications and CSM systems. If you have a strong network in Denmark within intralogistics we would consider it meritorious for this position. The successful candidate is independent, takes initiative, is flexible, sets challenging goals and works persistently to achieve them. You have excellent communication skills and are passionate about building long-term relationships with team members as well as client stakeholders. You have the ability to motivate and encourage others in your team and strive for a collaborative and supportive work environment. You work in a structured and systematic manner, following procedures and processes.
