Sales Manager

We are in the early stage of growing our Sales organization and as we finalize our plans, we want to speak with talented sales professionals that want to learn more about the opportunities at Stellantis.   We are seeking to connect with sales professionals at various experience levels to join our growing team and help shape the future of retail operations, dealer development, and aftersales across the U.S.

 

As part of our Sales team, you’ll be in a high-impact, revenue-generating position responsible for:

Driving Sales Performance: Collaborating with dealerships to forecast retail sales objectives, optimize vehicle ordering, and manage monthly scheduling to meet market demand. Retail Development: Consulting with dealers on operational improvements, analyzing financial statements, and identifying growth opportunities. Brand Alignment: Ensuring advertising and marketing initiatives reflect Stellantis’ brand standards and corporate messaging. Customer Satisfaction: Championing high levels of sales satisfaction across dealer networks. Leadership & Motivation: Inspiring independent entrepreneurs to achieve higher performance while meeting internal goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 3 + years of sales or marketing experience Proven experience and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals Excel in building positive working relationships Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment or distributed retail store environment
