Sales Manager
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other potential partners. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate room rates, packages, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs, preferences, and emerging trends. Adjust sales strategies accordingly. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events and catering teams to manage and coordinate large group bookings and special events. Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue results. Provide regular updates to senior management. Report to the Director of Finance. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive bookings and enhance the hotel´s visibility. All other duties and responsibilities required of the role.
