Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
+ Represent the business unit to our customers in a highly professional and ethical manner.
+ Leads (with input from cross-functional teams) the deployment of comprehensive customer strategies that improve the profitability and growth of the business unit's systems.
+ Articulates a clear understanding of our market share, competitive position, and profitability for the region.
+ Oversight of China LRP w/respect to revenues and monitors market trends throughout the year for use in monthly forecast guidance.
+ Manage the commercial KPIs meet annual budget, such as sales revenue, AR, forecast accuracy, new business obtains.
+ Assures account team's compliance with contract review and quotation procedures.
+ Manages and motivates a supporting team of account/sales managers and customer liaison personnel.
+ Takes ownership of total customer satisfaction, monitoring our performance on key supplier metrics and pursuing corrective action plans as appropriate.
+ Responsible for thorough development plans, training and coaching of subordinates.
Requirements / Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing or related major.
+ 12+ years sales and/or marketing experience
+ 4+ years supervisory experience
+ Fluent English skills.
+ Strategic thinking with big pictures.
+ Strong ambition to explore the market.
+ Strong sense of accountability and respect others.
+ Be transparent and integrity.
+ Result oriented.
+ Willing to travel and frequent customer visits.
+ Automotive industry experience required
+ Skilled in commercial negotiations and business management
+ Program management and coordination skills, especially with strong ability of cross function collaboration.
+ Understanding of engineering and manufacturing functions within automotive supplier market segment.
