Overview Sales Manager - Embassy Suites Marlborough, MA Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving results? The Embassy Suites by Hilton Marlborough, MA, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and managing sales within the Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal (SMERF) markets. We're seeking a candidate who excels at cultivating strong client relationships, possesses exceptional negotiation skills, and consistently demonstrates outstanding follow-through. What we're looking for: Proven Sales Acumen: A minimum of two years of sales experience, ideally within the hospitality industry. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a professional demeanor. Self-Starter & Team Player: You're highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team member. Organizational Prowess: Superior organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with PC applications, including property management systems, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
