Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company's growth and profitability. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience and long-term customer loyalty. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions. Represent the company at luxury events and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and prestige. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of the luxury retail market and high-end clientele. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
