$90k+ DOE

Aventure Staffing is searching for an experienced Sales Manager for a manufacturer in Northwest Iowa. In this position, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding the established client accounts.  The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans required to achieve financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market Managing, guiding and leading sales personnel towards achieving organizational objectives Setting sales goals, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Building and maintaining customer relationships, understand their needs, and respond to their questions and concerns Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics Identifying and targeting potential new markets or customers Meeting with key clients to maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any escalated customer complaints

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets Previous experience as a sales manager or sales supervisor is a plus Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of the market and current events Willing to travel up to 7 days per month

Benefits & Pay

Salary $90k-$100k depending on experience Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending plan 401(k) plan PTO
