Sales Manager
Account Manager | Onsite in Yorktown, VA | 80k - 100k/yr

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities within the AUV/UUV ecosystem, including defense primes, AUV manufacturers/integrators, and academic institutions. You will develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies in alignment with corporate objectives and product development cycles. Establish and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities within the AUV/UUV ecosystem.Develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.Establish and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and facilitate solution-based design.Represent the company at trade shows and customer sites to increase market presence.Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline status, and sales forecasts using CRM systems.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree required.5+ years of sales experience selling high-value technical systems to defense, sonar integration, or marine technology sectors.Strong familiarity with AUV/UUV systems, subsea operational mission profiles, and sonar technologies such as side-scan and multibeam.Work Environment

The role is based onsite in Yorktown, VA. The position requires some travel for trade shows and site visits. The work environment offers a small family feel with around 35 people at this location and a stable, international company presence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

PTO Policy
•\t0 to 5 years = 3 weeks
•\t5 to 15 years = 4 weeks
•\t15+ years = 5 weeks
