A company active in manufacturing roofing sheets and ceiling panels is looking for an individual with the following abilities to be a sales manager.

Duties:

Develop and implement sales strategies by the company's goals.Manage the sales team, set goals, and monitor their performance.Develop new markets and increase market share in target areas.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising campaigns.Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide analytical reports to management.Continuous communication with key customers and increasing their satisfaction.Participate in developing pricing policies and contract terms.Train and improve the level of capability of the sales team.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.At least 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the construction or new materials industries.Experience managing a sales team and familiarity with the principles of leadership and team motivation.Familiarity with sales and reporting software.High skills in sales data analysis and report writing.
