Job DescriptionVisa Acceptance Solutions is expanding its commercial team in Brazil, aiming to increase its presence and support acquirers, merchants, and payment providers with advanced payment technologies. This sales-focused role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities throughout Brazil, offering the comprehensive Visa Acceptance Solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, business maturity, and self-motivation, with a proven record in sales and successful revenue strategies. Fluency in English is essential, and Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the commercialization plans, partnerships, and revenue streams for Visa Acceptance Solutions and CyberSource in Brazil.Lead solution deployment efforts to meet customer needs within the acceptance ecosystem.Collaborate with the Global Sales Engineering & Delivery leader to enhance sales engineering and delivery capabilities for scalability and repeatability.Share ideas and expertise with regional Sales Engineering leaders to standardize solution deployment.Work closely with Local & Regional Product Management teams to address country-specific requirements in product development.Maintain a deep understanding of product and regulatory requirements to facilitate successful solution roll-outs.Identify, develop, and implement new acceptance and Visa acquirer processing opportunities through innovative point-of-sale technologies and digital advancements.Become a trusted advisor by understanding client businesses and aligning their needs with Visa’s solutions.Create and manage partnerships to expedite solution implementation.Develop insights into the Brazilian Payment Market, articulate opportunities and challenges, and collaborate across teams to address them profitably.Play an active role in the regional product development practices and organizations as part of the Visa Value Added Services regional leadership team.Serve as an individual contributor, aligning the overall proposition narrative across functions and channels.Continuously update the sales narrative across internal sales channels.Carry a sales quota.Create compelling value propositions, case studies, and thought leadership to position Visa Acceptance Solutions effectively.Support team account planning, forecasting, and sales processes.This is a hybrid position. QualificationsGraduate degree required, MBA preferred.
6+ years of professional experience with significant exposure to Product Management and Consultative Selling.
Experience in payments and acceptance technology is essential.
In-depth knowledge of acquirer/merchant products (e.g., gateway, processing, and risk solutions) is required.
Experience with cards acquirers, payment gateways, or payment facilitators is highly desirable.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and collaborating across functions.
Results-driven with a client-oriented approach.
Strong influence skills at multiple levels, including Executive/C-level.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated drive, enthusiasm, and creativity.
Highly organized with project/program management experience.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Able to solve complex commercial, solution, and organizational problems.
•Fluent in English, Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
