Sales Manager

Based in Singapore, the Sales Manager will lead the Pressure Management Sales team on project pursuits, MRO and account management of EPCs, OEMs and end user sites, serving industries in oil & gas, refinery, chemicals, and more.    If this sounds like a good fit, we are eager to hear from you!   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Achieves or exceeds country booking targets set for Pressure Management (PRM) Business Unit, portfolio including self-regulating valves and pressure relief valves. Leads a team of sales and indoor sales team on project pursuits, MRO, and account management of EPCs, OEMs and end user sites. Industries served include (but not limited to) oil & gas, refinery, chemicals, life science, renewables, semiconductor. Develop country plan and implements growth programs which embodies targeted project list, core market share growth, and penetration of new / differentiated technologies. Collaborate with Pressure Management (PRM) Business Unit to drive technology adoption in the selected accounts, industry applications, and in alignment with global directives. Generating business from initiatives in lifecycle services, focusing on turnarounds, service contracts, site walkdowns, and upgrades Develops and strengthens Sales Effectiveness of the sales team. Provides accurate and punctual monthly forecasting reports to drive business goals and objectives. Works closely with the business units of Final Control, and other division sales in Singapore to collaborate on key project pursuits and manage critical / key accounts. Who You Are:

You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings.   For This Role, You Will Need: Diploma / Degree in Engineering with 7 or more years of sales experience, preferably in the process control industry. 2 to 3 years of sales team management experience. Analytical skills coupled with ability to develop and implement strategies. Effective communication skills across all levels of customer and internal organization. Experience in applying a coaching approach to team management. Resourceful and leveraging on internal resources to enhance team’s overall effectiveness.  Our Culture & Commitment to You:
