For This Role, You Will Need: Diploma / Degree in Engineering with 7 or more years of sales experience, preferably in the process control industry. 2 to 3 years of sales team management experience. Analytical skills coupled with ability to develop and implement strategies. Effective communication skills across all levels of customer and internal organization.
