Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for building and developing the mass mid-segment market for HBS products to drive break through growth for assigned territory. This role shall be responsible for the development and execution of the sales plan. This role is also accountable for achieving AOP for assigned segments.
Responsibilities
+ Build an effective team for mass mid segment business to drive business growth to meet or overdrive the AOP target
+ Defines sales strategy implementation plan for the relevant business area
+ Define distribution model and outline channel roadmap for the mass mid segment business
+ Drives the achievement of targets for the relevant regional and district sales teams through regular reviews, gap closing plans and other actions, as appropriate
+ Evaluates offering against competition and recommends competitive differentiators
+ Provides direction and leadership to direct reports
+ Develops relationship with existing and potential key customers
+ Supports major opportunities in conjunction with the other regional and district teams
+ Networks effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts
+ Drive the implementation and usage compliance of all HBS sales processes and tools
+ Provide team performance reports on a regular basis
+ Drive sales performance through appropriate measures and incentives
+ Developing/hiring sales team members
+ Identifying training/talent upgrade requirements
+ Effective performance management of the sales team
+ Coach sales team members to higher levels of performance
+ Assist in the closing of all significant orders
Requirement:
+ Business or technical degree.
+ Industry related sales experience
+ Proven track record as a sales leader/manager driving the sales process
+ Experience building successful sales teams
+ Strong industry experience. Must understand customers and markets.
+ Strategic thinking and strong execution bias
+ Excellent customer focus mindset and can drive break through growth.
+ Excellent team working skills, communication and presentation skills
+ Strong coaching and influencing skills. Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence without formal authority
