Position: Manager of Sales
Job Description:
The Manager of Sales is responsible for developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and effective sales techniques to achieve business objectives.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales initiatives. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
