About the role
The Sales Manager will ensure that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available room.

What you will do

Demonstrate professional demeanor in delivering Four Seasons brand promiseInstill what is Four Seasons as a brand to client/accountProvide a genuine and constant level of exceptional service and product deliveryEstablish a strong relationship with client/accounts as well as within inter-department  Analyze local market trend and able to propose a strategic and commercial approachPro-actively conduct minimum operating standard of sales activities such as sales call, entertainment, site inspection, prospecting call and other ad-hoc activitiesActively identify and acquire new account and business opportunities for all areasResponsible for producing weekly sales schedule, sales report and any ad-hoc reports required in a timely mannerEfficiently managing and using sales system with the most up to date and accurate dataTo demonstrate and provide a high level of quality in delivering day-to-day tasksAccountable for ensuring quotas and goals are met and to ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel’s success.This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Sales or Regional Commercial Director.

What you bring

A highly motivated individual and great team playerLuxury hotel Sales preferred minimum of 3 to 5 years operational hotel experienceExperience with Corporate segmentAn excellent communication (verbal and written) skillsArabic speaking is an advantageStrong planning and organizing skill  Proven record of sales achievementsExperience with cluster / multi-properties is an advantageRequires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Schedule & Hours:

•    Full time role day per week over 48 hours 

•    5 days per week over 48 hours
