What will you do?
We are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to drive our growth in the Polish market. This role will focus on strengthening our presence in the banking and financial services sectors. This role requires team meetings in Warsaw at least once every two weeks.
Your tasks
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Polish banking and financial services sectors
Successfully achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth
Developing, establishing, and expanding a new client portfolio from the ground up, driving new business opportunities and long-term growth
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, including hunting for new clients, farming existing accounts, and executing strategic account management to strengthen partnerships and achieve business objective
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning our solutions as essential to their business success
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures
Develop and present customized solutions addressing cloud migration, digital transformation, and operational challenges faced by clients
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, and technical support to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction
Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Polish market, aligning with the company's broader regional goals
Monitor and report on sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and forecasts
Work closely with company leadership, including the Chief Revenue Officer, to align sales strategies with overall organizational objectives
Your skills
10 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking and financial services sector
Proven network of contacts within the Polish banking industry
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives
Extensive knowledge of the financial sector and its regulatory environment
Familiarity with the financial technology solutions
Demonstrated success in selling solutions related to cloud migration, digital transformation, or similar fields.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and impactful manner
Proactive and results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel regularly for face-to-face client meetings
Fluency in English and Polish is required
