Overview Impact the Moment When was the last time you experienced the impact of your work? We have a newly created fixed term contract role as a Sales Manager based in The Philippines to drive business development. What is this role about? You will own MH Professional’s sales budget for agreed Philippines, Singapore and Indochina territory, liaise with regional stakeholders (internal & 3rd party), drive sales growth, and be responsible for the overall sales and performance of the territory. What can you expect from this position? Responsible for leading approximately US$1.4M of revenue (digital solution) as well as contributing to territory sales plan-for-growth, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders (internal & external), and driving customer success through effective sales approach and delivery of the territory digital sales growth ambition. Own, manage and lead annual sales planning for Philippines, Singapore and Indochina. Seek and respond to government/large scale tenders, and procurements in region. Identify and build new business opportunity and progress through trial and closed (won) sale within fiscal year. Build and progress a pipeline of new business. Regular forecasting, reporting, and other performance indicators. e.g. SFDC lead pipeline management, lead progression, win:loss, trial conversion rates etc. Additionally, own, drive and manage improvement across 3rd party resellers, in line with the defined Partner Program – regular KPIs, targets and reviews. Execute on a customer retention strategy to ensure renewal rates achieved for subscription products; engaging support services and marketing as required and automating where possible customer engagement. Ensure cross-sell/upsell strategy is a key outcome of this initiative. Understand the region in detail – market data, trends, competitors and relevant procurement regulations – ensuring fully compliant and transparent commercial policies and processes are adhered to and executed on. Build and own strategy-for-growth for the territory for digital business and aligning resource, priorities and rigor to that strategic aim. Develop sales skills and performance through new process and practice as laid down by the Sales Director. Active participation in all training programs and ensure up to date with latest product and market information. Understand and manage pricing via official pricing calculators and ensuring trials and order processing / tracking is fully understood.
