As a Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving order\ngrowth and guiding the sales efforts in Seoul, IA. Your responsibilities will\ninclude developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong\ncustomer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new business\nopportunities. Your expertise in sales, guidance, and strategic thinking will\ndirectly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall\nbusiness success and market guidance.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll\nwork out of our Seoul, IA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by effectively\nguiding and managing the sales efforts in Seoul, IA. By developing strategic\nsales plans, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new\nbusiness opportunities, you will drive revenue growth, expand the customer\nbase, and exceed sales targets. Your contribution will position Honeywell as a\nguide in the industry and contribute to the company's overall success and\nmarket guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide\nand manage sales efforts in Seoul, IA, driving order growth and exceeding sales\ntargets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand\nthe customer base
• Build\nand maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs\nand provide innovative solutions
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify\nnew business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Work\nwith cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order\nprocessing, and facilitation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance\nculture and driving professional development
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive\nbusiness growth and market guidance
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive order growth
• Strong\ncommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Set up strategic relationships program including Account\nplanning
• Technical Knowledge on web gauge & control system
• Intermediate or above in English
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
