Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance,\ncoaching, and facilitation to achieve sales targetsDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth\nand meet or exceed sales quotasBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers,\nunderstanding their needs and providing appropriate solutionsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business\nopportunities and drive continuous improvementWork with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding,\norder processing, and facilitationProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to\ndrive business growth and market guidanceYOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a\nguidance or managerial roleProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue\ngrowthStrong guidance and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and\ninternal stakeholdersWE VALUEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related\nfieldMaster's Degree in Business Administration or a related fieldPassion for sales and achieving resultsStrategic thinking and ability to drive sales performance improvementStrong business acumen and insight into market dynamicsAbility to guide and motivate a team to achieve sales targetsContinuous learning and adaptability
