Sales Manager – Defense & Security Sector
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our business growth in the Israeli defense and security sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity or data security solutions, coupled with deep familiarity with the defense industry and its ecosystem, including key players, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on the defense and security verticals in Israel.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in defense organizations, government agencies, and defense-related enterprises.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and customer success) to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of defense-sector clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and technological advancements relevant to the defense industry.
• Work closely with partners, resellers, and system integrators to strengthen market presence and drive sales.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, data security, or related IT solutions sales, with at least 10 years focusing on the defense and security sectors in Israel.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of the defense procurement process, MOD (Ministry of Defense) regulations, and security clearance considerations.
• Network: Strong existing relationships with key stakeholders in the Israeli defense ecosystem, including military units, defense contractors, and government agencies.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate complex security solutions effectively.
• Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Education: Relevant academic background in business, technology, or a related field is an advantage.
