We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Manager, VP – Global Trade Solutions.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Manage a portfolio of Global Trade Solutions (GTS) clients in the Global Corporates segment having headquarters in Singapore with global operations across various countries to provide GTS solutions that meet the client’s trade and working capital needs
Establish new client relationships and strengthen existing ones by originating and executing sales strategy in conjunction with regional and country stakeholders
Execute a robust growth plan to target new customers (New to Bank and New to Trade) for the GTS business including all facets of originating and executing GTS deals to draw down and revenue growth
Proactively identify core structured trade finance opportunities and lead RFPs and client pitches and recommending innovative trade finance solutions that meet client objectives globally
Devise client plans and strategies to identify sales opportunities in Singapore and other markets of client’s presence, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
Work with Client Implementation Services in a timely fashion to ensure an efficient transition process for complex clients
Manage Partner with Relationship Managers on all credit risk matters including credit assessment/commitment/returns and participating in events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities
Assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions and showcase due consideration of bank’s reputation and objectives
