Employees handling transversal field sales matters for a specific perimeter/territory by contributing to one or several missions below:
- Lead Team of sales representatives, ensure defined targets are met & instore execution is flawless
- Coach and train sales team on sales techniques, best in class customer relationship
- Plan and manage commercial in-store activities & promotions, and take corrective actions if need be
- Ensure flawless execution of these Plans according the RPVA guidelines set per outlet type / image level , per brand
- Work with Trade Marketing team and Customer Service to get clarity on the plans & communicate properly to the team
- Monitor and manage sales expenses within allocated budgets
- Manage and develop team, identify & retain talent
