About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing Nordic team and spearhead the continued growth of our DSP (Demand-Side Platform) revenue within the key Norwegian market. Vistar Media is already the leading DSP in Norway, working with nearly all major agencies, and this role is crucial for deepening those relationships and strategically expanding our footprint.

You will be instrumental in cultivating and strengthening partnerships with media agencies and brands, leveraging your relationship-building skills and strategic understanding to drive significant impact in the digital advertising landscape. You'll join a dynamic Nordic team currently consisting of 4 members based in our Stockholm office.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive and expand our DSP revenue in the Norwegian market by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Partnership Development: Build, nurture, and grow strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at media agencies (including programmatic traders and digital buyers) and brands across Norway. Focus on understanding their needs and positioning Vistar as a strategic partner.

Market Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Norway, including engaging potential clients new to OOH and deepening engagement with existing partners by showcasing the full value of Vistar's platform and the OOH channel. Leverage Vistar's leading market position to accelerate growth.

Platform Evangelism: Act as an expert on the Vistar platform, driving adoption and usage among digital advertising buyers and programmatic traders. Ensure clients fully understand and utilize the platform's capabilities for seamless transactions and effective campaigns.

Negotiation & Execution: Lead the negotiation and execution of media and platform agreements, ensuring successful implementation, fulfillment, and ongoing partnership growth.

Training & Enablement: Provide expert training, strategic guidance, and ongoing support to clients and partners on the digital OOH industry, Vistar's technology, programmatic trading models, and relevant metrics to facilitate the seamless integration of OOH into their broader digital strategies.

Industry Networking: Actively build and maintain a strong professional network within the Norwegian advertising industry. Represent Vistar Media at relevant industry events, enhancing our brand presence and market awareness.

Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Nordic team based in Stockholm, as well as other international Vistar teams, to share insights, best practices, and contribute to overall company goals.

What Experience We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media sales, ad tech sales, or a comparable role, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Strong understanding of digital advertising technology, particularly programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges).

Experience or strong familiarity with the Out-of-Home (OOH) media landscape is highly advantageous.

Exceptional relationship-building skills: Proven ability to establish, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships with clients and agencies.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about partnership growth and market development.

Fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).

Location: Based in Stockholm with the willingness and ability to travel regularly (e.g., monthly) to Norway for client meetings and market engagement.
