Sales Manager, Large Customer Solutions
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. + Experience in a leadership role within a quota-carrying team, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies. + Ability to communicate German fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. + Deliver against assigned business goals and overall sales metrics. Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers. + Coach on expansion business, implementation and measurement to ensure that quarterly goals are met by ensuring that key plans are in place and recovery plans are implemented as needed. + Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices across both local and in-country Large Customer Sales teams. + Analyze data, trends, and client performance; develop robust strategic plans for customers. Ensure that quarterly regional plans and long-term regional business plans are in place. + Coach the team through complex client tests to deliver commercial outcomes.
