Sales Manager, Heat Protection Products
Saint-Gobain ADFORS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our Heat Protection Products business in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing all commercial functions of the Heat Protection Products business. This role involves coordinating efforts with marketing, sales, product management, R&D, and production site management to ensure proper alignment of products, customers, and applications. - Key responsibilities include: + Develop and implement strategies and business plans to meet profit and growth objectives. + Ensure alignment of products with applications, markets, and operational capabilities. Markets may include Industrial, Automotive sectors, and more. + Visit customers to understand market issues and foster close relationships. + Actively pursue business growth opportunities and evaluate market opportunities. + Direct activities in all areas of the business to ensure business goals are met. + Provide technical product information and training to the sales organization, distributors, and customers. - This position oversees the Sales Engineer, Automotive Thermal Insulation and will guide them in growing the automotive market for heat protection products. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is required, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10+ years of work-related skill and experience in Industrial and/or B2B sales. Must be sales and service oriented and possess strong organizational skills, be thorough, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license for business travel up to 50% of the time. Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $111,000 to $177,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. - In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on individual performance measures, with a maximum payout of 30%. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,600-TTC to $203,500-TTC.
