Sales Manager, Engage (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 11 years of business experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies. + Experience leading a business team or developing business professionals. + Experience building a book of business. + Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with regional stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: + 3 years of people management experience. + Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders in an advertising or marketing context. + Experience coaching digital campaign management in Google Ads or engaging products. + Ability to grow in a rapidly changing environment, with effective communication, problem-solving and investigative skills. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it. + Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team. + Deliver against business and product goals, and grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small and medium businesses in the Mexican market. + Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers, while tracking activity and providing detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent tracking. + Model and coach sales behavior including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and promotion. + Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success on the team.
