Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 11 years of experience in advertising, business consultancy, or business or product development.
+ Experience in managing and developing sales teams, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
+ Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies and ability to adapt to change, prioritize tasks, and align strategies with organizational goals.
+ Understanding of business models, objectives, and industry trends.
+ Ability to manage, develop, and motivate sales teams, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes growth and development.
+ Ability to model and coach effective business behaviors, including C-level engagement, needs analysis, objection handling, and competitive promoting strategies.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. Ability to uncover stakeholder needs, conduct analysis, and make informed recommendations along with influencing senior leaders.
