Position Specification:
· Lead and manage spare part daily operation, serve China Area and Overseas Otis Units needs
· Lead and manage spare parts sales team, assign sales tasks and monitor their execution
· Analyze sales data, evaluate sales performance, adjust sales strategies in timely manner to increase sales revenue
· Control sales costs and ensure the profit margin of spare parts sales
· Execute CPC long term business strategy.
· Support CPC Leader to improve CPC P&L, deliver annual service contribution according to plan target
· Manage the existing business division and develop new sustainable business.
· Handle customer complaints, resolve after-sales issues and improve customer satisfaction
Principle Working Relations:
All functions resides in China Parts Center, including but not limited, HR, Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
Qualification Requirement:
· Education: Bachelor/diploma or master’s degree
· Experience:
a) at least 15 years’ experience in manufacturing/engineering, preferably with industries working experience and multi-companies operational management practice.
b) Team management experience.
· Language: Fluent English.
