Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 11 years of industry experience in advertising, marketing or sales, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ Experience managing a sales team.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Czech/Slovak or Ukrainian fluently in order to coach sellers internally and interact with customers externally.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experiencing managing and coaching sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, engaged selling.
+ Experience managing a Sales team's operations including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
+ Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
+ Ability to work independently and grow in a rapidly changing environment, with excellent communication, problem-solving and investigative skills.
+ Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
+ Passionate for consultative solution selling with a drive to innovate.

Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.
This GCS team is designed to drive growth for small-sized businesses with significant expansion potential in the MENA markets. The team specializes in delivering the most effective solutions to high potential startups and to more mature companies in each stage of their journey, in the most efficient way for the business at scale. In this role, you will lead relationships and sales engagement with high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models in the market. + Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing Sales team. Lead and grow sales team members, ensuring both Googlers and customer growth objectives are met.
+ Deliver against ambitious business and product goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in the assigned markets.
+ Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
+ Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success on the team. Initiate and run strategic initiatives to further develop our GCS CE business.
+ Strengthen customers relationships through excellent sales coaching, regular engagement in customer meetings and role modeling on sponsorship of our biggest pitches.
