About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager professional to join our Demand Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Vistar Media full stack (DSP and SSP) revenue within the dynamic EMEA region. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering partnerships across media agencies and brands, significantly impacting the digital advertising landscape.

What You'll Do:

Sales: Contribute to the expansion of our DSP (Demand-Side Platform) revenue in the EMEA market by actively developing partnerships with media agencies and brands. Play a role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Platform Familiarization: Leverage your understanding of digital advertising platforms to effectively engage digital advertising buyers and programmatic traders with our platform. Contribute to ensuring a seamless transaction process for our platform users.

Opportunity Research: Proactively identify and pursue potential opportunities within the EMEA region, focusing on independent trading desks, brands, and boutique agencies, including those new to Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. Independently explore and contribute to incremental opportunities with traditional OOH buyers.

Agreement Support: Support the negotiation and execution of media and platform agreements, taking responsibility for their successful execution, fulfillment, and growth. Contribute to the management and growth of partnerships.

Training Assistance: Contribute to offering training and assistance to stakeholders on the digital OOH industry and trading model. Explain the fundamentals of the media model and metrics to facilitate the integration of OOH into digital advertising deals.

Network Building: Actively contribute to the development of industry networks within the EMEA region. Represent our company at events and contribute to building brand presence and awareness in the market.

What Experience We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience and a background in sales positions

Comprehension of digital advertising technology and programmatic

Introductory familiarity with Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising, along with a readiness to expand your knowledge in this domain

Skill in establishing and nurturing client relationships, showcasing retention and expansion strategies

Must speak Dutch and English
